KHNA Sewa Hands is the dedicated charitable and humanitarian wing of the Federation of Kerala Hindus of North America (KHNA), established to translate the principle of Sewa (selfless service) into action. For 25 years, KHNA has been a beacon of community, culture, and Dharma. We serve as a powerful conduit for compassion between our generous community and those facing genuine need.
Powered by more than 20,000 active volunteers across North America, we operate as a robust system of crowdfunding and resource distribution, serving as a powerful conduit for compassion between our generous community and those facing genuine need.

We believe that instilling the value of Sewa starts early. We invite our youth to become active participants in this charitable mission. By contributing any amount they choose, our young members take their first step on the path of Dharma, shaping a lifelong habit of compassionate service and social responsibility.
Every act of selfless service (Sewa) begins with a choice. We encourage our entire community to cultivate the profound habit of giving consistently. A small, sustained contribution creates a continuous flow of aid, ensuring the light of Dharma reaches those in constant need.
Your Monthly Habit of Compassion (The Sewa Pledge):
Commit to a manageable monthly donation (e.g., $10, $25, or $50). Your steady support allows us to plan long-term assistance for education, health, and relief programs.
Hands Donor: Contribute a minimum one-time donation of $100 to sustain our general operations and ensure all emergency needs are met.
Sponsorship (One-Time Cause): Select a specific, high-impact project or individual need (e.g., funding a specific scholarship or urgent medical bill) for a powerful, single contribution.
To honor the exceptional dedication of our community, Sewa Hands publicly recognizes our most generous annual supporters. At our annual convention, the top five highest donors of the year will be formally celebrated, receiving the prestigious Sewa Ratna Award (Gem of Service). These individuals will be featured across KHNA platforms and honored with a special presentation for their monumental commitment to our humanitarian mission.
